This is a full core workout. It offers a warm up, the work, and some stretching. It lasts about 54 minutes. Everything is 10 reps 4x. Have a book, a mat, water, and maybe a towel ready. Enjoy!

Plank ups & breast stroke

Kneeling side plank crunches

Russian twists & crazy Ivans (with book)

Bicycles & windshield wipers

Glute bridge rollups & glute squeezes
