At the young age of 32, I had a scare from my doctor. I had high cholesterol and high triglycerides. They were threatening to put me on medicine if I didn't turn it around. It was just the kick in the rear I needed to change my lifestyle once and for all. Today, I use my personal story to motivate others into good health.
I founded My Workout Buddy to help those with increased obstacles find health and a good sense of well-being. My gym has cardio equipment, weightlifting equipment, a yoga area, an outdoor walking path, and lots of unique perks you won't find with most personal trainers. The question I get most often before we get started is - how does this work?
You will come to my studio for a full tour and conversation about your needs and goals, and talk about next step specifics.
Based on your specific body and goals established at our consultation, together we will institute a plan to help you achieve your goals.
