Adding Muscle

Don’t be afraid of weightlifting. For changing the shape of your body, you must add muscle. You should lift as heavy as your joints will allow. If you cannot lift 15 pounds for 6 reps with proper form, drop to 10 pounds and lift 8 reps. Keep challenging yourself.


You have two choices you can fill your skin with fat or muscle. You decide.
